All images and graphics are the work of Kevin Thomas unless otherwise attributed and copyrighted. I trade under the business name of The Viewfinder Multimedia Company based in the United Kingdom.

I understand that in publishing my work on the web it becomes possible for a visitor to copy them. However all of the work on my site is copyrighted material and by publishing my work I do not relinquish any of my rights.

That said I do appreciate that a person may for their own personal enjoyment may wish to copy an image to their computer for their own personal viewing. In which case please free to enjoy the image.

Hopefully it is obvious that for other usage of my images I cannot be so generous unless I give prior consent. For business use I charge a negotiable fee dependent upon rights granted.

For non-profit organisations I may waiver fees for specific usage. For instance I have granted the Australian National Maritime Museum free use of my photograph of The Endeavour for promotional and educational purposes.
